Solid upload, mate.
Two things: 1) This is not the "soundtrack." The recording of the most important piece used in the film - Strauss' "Also Spach Zarathustra" - was by the Vienna Philharmonic under von Karajan. It could not be licensed for the soundtrack album, so MGM substituted a recording on Deutsche Grammophone Gelleschaft which sounds nothing like the von Karajan's performance. 2) This is not "first" press. The original release of the album did not have "X" in the catalogue number. I have copies of both.
